There are three behaviors that are essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. These include adequate sleep, a balanced diet and stress reduction.
Adequate Sleep
Getting an adequate amount of sleep is important for everyone, no matter
what age. Here are guidelines for adequate sleep and rest:
Balanced Diet
Eating a balanced diet and being physically active will help with productivity
and energy levels.
Stress Reduction
Handle peer teasing in a beneficial manner to alleviate stressors associated
with being bullied.
